Our Approach
Community Outreach & Recruitment
We partner with local municipalities, community centres, and NGOs to identify unemployed youth in underserved areas.
Screening & Selection
Each participant undergoes structured assessments, interviews, and background verification to ensure readiness and commitment.
Orientation & Induction
Youth receive induction sessions covering professionalism, safety, and platform expectations.
Training Phase
Participants complete accredited Work Readiness, New Venture Creation, and Motorcycle Training courses through our certified partners.
Licensing & Certification
We fund learner’s and driver’s licenses, ensuring each participant meets all legal and safety requirements.
Deployment & Work Integration
After certification, participants are placed with delivery platforms such as Uber Moto, Mr D, Takealot, and OneCart, gaining immediate income.

Our Project Footprint
Exxaro Programme
Empowered over 800 unemployed youth across Lephalale, Mpumalanga, and Gauteng through accredited training, licensing, and job placement. Riders were placed with leading platforms such as Uber Moto and Mr D, with ongoing mentorship and relocation support provided.
South32 Learnership
Trained and placed 500 youth from Richards Bay and surrounding areas, integrating entrepreneurship modules and road safety training. The programme focused on financial literacy, professional growth, and sustainable income generation.
EYWA Initiative
Focused on empowering women in the delivery sector through entrepreneurship support and digital inclusion. Women riders were trained, licensed, and provided with safety equipment and mobile technology.
TETA Collaboration
In partnership with the Transport Education and Training Authority, Lularides delivers accredited motorcycle and mobility training across all provinces, standardising national certification and safety benchmarks.
