At Lularides, we believe that meaningful employment starts with access, to skills, experience, and real opportunities.
As part of the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) Youth Employment Initiative, Lularides was proud to implement a programme designed to support 90 young people on their journey into the growing delivery economy.
Equipping Youth for the World of Work
This initiative focused on providing participants with the practical tools and training needed to succeed as delivery drivers, ensuring they are not only employable, but also safe and confident on the road.
Through the programme, participants received:
NVC training
Practical driving experience
Support to obtain full learner’s licenses
Each element was carefully designed to build both competence and confidence, preparing young people for sustainable participation in the workforce.
