This milestone marks the completion of an impactful journey that has empowered 50 young people with essential skills, knowledge, and work experience to thrive in South Africa’s growing delivery economy.

The Lularides x South32 partnership was created to address youth unemployment by combining practical training with real job opportunities. Participants received hands-on scooter delivery training, entrepreneurial skills development, and mentorship designed to help them transition confidently into the workforce.
Graduates are now equipped and ready to join major delivery platforms, including Mr D, Checkers Sixty60, Takealot, and Uber Eats, creating sustainable livelihoods and supporting South Africa’s dynamic last-mile delivery sector.
