Key Offerings
Work Readiness & Soft Skills
We prepare youth for the workplace through modules on communication, professionalism, time management, and financial literacy. This ensures riders understand service etiquette and represent partner brands with excellence.
Licensing & Legal Requirements
Lularides supports every trainee in obtaining their learner’s and motorcycle driver’s licenses. We coordinate appointments, documentation, and compliance with all transport and road-safety regulations.
Practical Motorcycle Training
Our certified instructors provide three months of practical on-road training focusing on safety, vehicle control, route planning, and defensive driving. Each session combines theory with supervised riding to build confidence and competence.
Entrepreneurship & Business Skills
Participants complete the New Venture Creation (NQF Level 2) qualification, empowering them to operate independently as micro-entrepreneurs. This module covers business planning, marketing, and financial management for long-term sustainability.

Lularides partnered with the Transport Education and Training Authority (TETA) and Exxaro to deliver accredited motorcycle, safety, and entrepreneurship training to more than 845 youth.
Participants gained licenses, protective gear, and job placements with leading platforms such as Mr D, Takealot, and Uber Moto.
The initiative achieved a 100% certification rate, proving the effectiveness of our blended practical and classroom model.
